These Terms govern your use of kcplumbexpress.shop and any purchase from K C PLUMBING EXPRESS SERVICES LLC. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We describe products accurately but colours and finishes may vary slightly. We do not claim compatibility with any specific vehicle brand and use no protected car logos; always test products on a small area first.

We do not sell electric pressure washers, fuel-powered equipment or flammable solvents. Cleaning liquids are mild and biodegradable and must be kept away from children and are not for food use. Hoses and fittings are for vehicle washing only and not for drinking water. You agree to follow all product labels and local environmental and wastewater regulations when using our products.

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock or pricing errors occur. Payment is processed by a third-party provider; your statement will show the descriptor KCPLUMBEXPRESS STORE.

Returns are handled under our Returns Policy: unopened items within 14 days, with hygiene and safety exclusions on opened cleaning liquids and used tools.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for misuse of products contrary to their labels or these Terms.
