Shipping

All prices and shipping charges are in US Dollars (USD). US orders over $55 ship free; orders below that threshold are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout. International rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our Largo, Florida warehouse. US transit is typically 3–7 business days. International transit varies by destination, customs and carrier, and can take 7–21 business days.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

You will receive tracking once your order ships. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support@kcplumbexpress.shop within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will help resolve it.

Cleaning liquids are packaged for safe transport. On arrival, store them sealed, away from heat, and out of reach of children.
